How you sleep is extremely important to maintaining a healthy neck and spine. A sore neck or a splitting headache is an awful way to start the day. A pillow can be so cherished that it becomes a favorite traveling companion. Lets face it, we keep our much loved pillow close to us at least a third of our life.
One of the most common questions I am asked by my patients is:
“Doctor Mark what pillow do you recommend I use?”
